What this notice covers

This notice covers our public website and email enquiries. FactRift is still in development. You cannot create an account, upload a report, or make a payment here.

We will update this notice before adding accounts, payments, prospect reports, or other data collection.

Information we handle

Website visits. The server receives technical details such as your IP address, browser, the pages you request, and the time of your visit. The hosting provider may use these details to deliver the website, fix errors, and prevent abuse.

Email. When you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided, message, and attachments. We use them to answer your enquiry. Please don’t email passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and page performance. It collects information such as pages viewed, referring websites, browser and device type, country, and loading times. We use these statistics to improve this website.

Cloudflare’s analytics does not use cookies or browser storage, or fingerprint individual visitors. Analytics is disabled for visits passing through Cloudflare’s EU or UK data centers. We do not use advertising trackers. Read about Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Other websites and your email service have their own privacy practices. The hosting provider may keep technical logs to deliver and protect this website.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host this website and provide analytics, and an email provider to manage enquiries. They process the information needed to provide those services and may process it outside your country.

We do not sell information from your enquiries or use it to target ads. We may share information when needed to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect our services.

Retention and requests

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to answer your enquiry, continue a business conversation, or meet legal and security needs. The website host’s settings determine how long technical logs are kept.
